I am responsible to carry out whole process from pre bid activities till award of project.
As a core team member I am responsible for the following activities:
 NGN, MSAG and GPON Solution design.
FTT-x Network Planning, design and optimization
 Working on Contract Configuration tools to generate products BOM (with complete solution items etc).
 Preparation of Bid (Bid Management)

 Complete bid documents preparation and submission.
 OSP/ ISP network designing.

 Technical Support for after sales engineering team.
 Product Roadmap and Technical features negotiations with customers.

Heading the Operations Team of NTC Optical Fiber Access Network deployed at Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Mianwali and Chashma. 
• The network comprised of 04x ZTE OLT (OLT zxa10-OLT-B(v 6.0)) connected via V5.2 interface to NTC TDM Switches and 29 Outdoor ZTE ONU Sites (ONU-B(V 3.1.1 & v 3.1.2) all monitored round the clock via ZTE ZXA10 NMS (ZXUMS-E100 ).
• Primary responsibilities included alarm monitoring, troubleshooting and faults rectification to ensure uninterrupted voice and data services to NTC Customers. 
• Preparation of migration plans and financially and technically optimized BoQ of ZTE ONUs to ZTE MSAGs along with ZTE team.
• Leading the Operations Team of ZTE TDM Exchanges (ZXJ10) installed at Remote Locations under the jurisdiction of Islamabad Directorate.  
• Staff working under my area of jurisdiction was deployed at these remote sites for around the clock alarm monitoring and troubleshooting. 
• Traffic KPIs and critical faults were handled here at Islamabad via ZTE NMS (ZXN10). 
• Fault Rectification of Core Equipment. 
• Maintenance of Power Equipment of Exchanges (DG Sets, Rectifiers and Air-Conditioners). 
• Ensure on site availability of spare modules. Coordination for replacement of faulty module with spare module at remote sites. 
• Preparation of Proposals for Projects for Annual Development Plan and Repair and Maintenance Plan.
• Execution of Acceptance Testing with vendors for new projects.
